About the role
PlayOn Sports is hiring a Senior Manager of IT Operations to lead corporate IT, systems administration, user support, and identity and access management. This role combines hands-on technical administration with standardizing IT operations, strengthening access governance, and developing the IT team.
What you’ll do
Lead corporate IT including systems administration and user support
Manage corporate software and identity and access management
Standardize IT operations and processes
Strengthen access governance with the Security team
Develop and manage the IT team
Provide hands-on platform administration and support
What you’ll need
5+ years leading IT operations or systems administration with hands-on technical work
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace including migration from Microsoft 365
Experience with identity platforms such as Entra ID, Google Workspace, and 1Password
Experience managing corporate IT, endpoints, and SaaS tools for a distributed workforce
Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or similar for IT automation
Experience leading IT teams through major transitions or migrations
