About the role
CentralSquare Technologies is hiring a remote Product Manager to own the strategy and lifecycle of its Records Management Software for public safety organizations. The role focuses on roadmap development, customer research, AI-informed prioritization, delivery, go-to-market, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
Own the Records Management Software product strategy and lifecycle

What you’ll need
3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or public sector technology
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience using AI/ML tools or applying AI capabilities within the product management lifecycle
Demonstrated success owning and delivering products from concept through launch, with strong Agile/Scrum understanding
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills with experience defining metrics and making data-driven decisions
Experience with public safety, emergency services, government technology, RMS, APIs, or regulated/compliance-driven industries
