About the role

What you’ll do
Lead Benefits Service, EDI, and Implementation functions and strategy
Drive operational performance, client satisfaction, retention, profitability, and scalability
Manage multiple resources across multiple locations on complex projects
Drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Use reporting and metrics to drive monthly and quarterly KPIs
Interact with and influence C-level executives internally and externally
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree required
10-15 years of progressive senior leadership experience, primarily in a leader of leader capacity
Ownership of a book of business with P&L responsibility
Experience running multi-site service, implementation, or operations teams
Experience in a large-scale, margin-focused, fast-paced B2B SaaS business
Broad knowledge of Benefits administration, Payroll/HRIS, and Time and Attendance
