Vizient seeks a Platform Product Manager to own the roadmap and backlog for ontology, knowledge graph, and semantic modeling capabilities within its Knowledge & Semantic Platform. The role partners with engineering and internal clients to enable AI-powered products and consistent intelligence delivery.
What you’ll do
Own assigned capabilities within the Knowledge & Semantic Platform
Manage backlog and roadmap for ontology, knowledge graph, metadata, taxonomy, and semantic modeling capabilities
Partner with engineering and data teams to translate business concepts into scalable semantic models and entity relationships
Partner with internal clients to enable AI-powered products and consistent intelligence delivery
Drive adoption, reuse, quality, and measurable business value across platform capabilities
What you’ll need
2 or more years of relevant experience; typically 3–5 years in product management, enterprise platforms, knowledge management, semantic technologies, AI-enabled products, or platform enablement
Experience partnering with engineering and data teams to translate business concepts into scalable semantic models, entity relationships, and reusable platform capabilities
Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Codex/ChatGPT, Claude Code/Co-Work, GitHub Copilot/Copilot Studio, and emerging agentic coding environments
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ontology, knowledge graphs, taxonomy, semantic modeling, metadata management, graph databases, or related knowledge management technologies preferred
Familiarity with AI-enabled applications, retrieval-augmented generation, large language models, and semantic data technologies preferred
