What you’ll do
Secure and manage cargo capacity and interline partnerships
Evaluate partner routes to extend the network beyond Delta's own fleet
Negotiate and operationalize partnership agreements
Resolve partnership issues across operational and commercial teams
Support cargo strategy with analysis and management presentations
What you’ll need
3+ years' experience in air cargo, ideally in capacity planning, airline partnerships, or cargo sales; 5+ years preferred
Strong commercial and analytical skills, including building business cases in Excel
Confident negotiator with relationship management skills
Working knowledge of blocked space agreements, interline arrangements (MITA, prorate), air waybills, and ULDs
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, data analytics, or equivalent; MBA preferred
Authorization to work in the United States and high school diploma/GED
