About the role
Senior Product Manager leading a cross-functional Scrum team to design and deliver digital Treasury Management products, including ERP and accounting system integrations, for U.S. banks and credit unions. Own the commercial payments backlog
Translate customer and business needs into product requirements
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and technology roadmaps
Define requirements for ERP and accounting system integrations
Manage software development lifecycles in an Agile environment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of product management experience in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS platforms
Proven experience managing software development lifecycles in an Agile environment
Experience defining ERP integration requirements with digital banking or treasury management platforms
Working knowledge of payment/reconciliation file formats (BAI2, MT940, ISO 20022, NACHA) and commercial payments (ACH, wires, RTP)
Proficient in product and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard, Slack, GSuite) and eligible to work in the US
