What you’ll do
Manage the People Analytics Data Science & Research team
Set analytical direction across workforce forecasting, employee research, talent analytics, and AI-native tools
Review model design and methodological rigor
Lead a distributed team and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations
Build feedback loops into analytics work to track impact
What you’ll need
10+ years in people analytics with deep data science and applied research experience
Depth in predictive/prescriptive modeling, experimentation, and causal inference
Fluency in SQL, Python or R, with comfort in modern cloud data environments and workflow management
Experience across workforce domains such as headcount forecasting, attrition modeling, hiring funnel, compensation, or organizational effectiveness
Experience building or measuring AI-native analytics products
4+ years managing analytics or data science teams
