What you’ll do
Support day-to-day accounting operations
Perform e-commerce reconciliations
Support month-end closing across multiple businesses and websites
Maintain accurate financial records and investigate discrepancies
Support payables and receivables
Assist with reporting and audits
What you’ll need
One to three years of relevant accounting experience including account reconciliations, journal entries, or month-end close
Familiarity with reconciling online sales and payment processor settlements, including refunds, fees, and chargebacks
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting or ERP software
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and discretion with confidential financial information
