About the role

What you’ll do

• Support operations planning, forecasting, and reporting for Aerospace & Defense programs
• Connect business demand and revenue forecasts with workforce capacity and headcount planning
• Improve data accuracy and operational visibility across cross-functional teams
• Manage Jira user access, workflows, dashboards, and reports
• Ensure Jira alignment with organizational processes and operational needs
• Translate business forecasts into operational or resource requirements

What you’ll need

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls
• Experience in business operations, financial/business planning, forecasting, capacity planning, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business data
• Strong Excel skills and ability to use planning, forecasting, reporting, or ERP tools
• Experience with Jira platform including managing user access, workflows, dashboards, and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple teams and organizational levels
