About the role

What you’ll do

• Direct assigned projects and oversee their completion and financial outcomes
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, client relationships, risks, changes, schedules, costs, quality, and documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams across multiple job sites
• Review AutoCAD drawings, as-built documentation, and coordination drawings
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and performance tracking tools
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and closeout for low-voltage and building systems projects

What you’ll need

• Experience estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for complex low-voltage and building systems installations
• Extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems including AV, electronic security, access control, CCTV, life safety, HVAC integration, structured cabling, and telecommunications
• Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle from estimating through closeout
• Familiarity with commercial, infrastructure, financial, healthcare, and institutional construction projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 10-12 years of experience preferred
