About the role
Leads the strategic design, execution, and optimization of benefits programs including health, welfare, time-off, and retirement, while overseeing vendors, compliance, and employee engagement. Serves as a subject matter expert and drives cross-functional initiatives.

What you’ll need
3-5+ years of specialized benefits management experience
5+ years of broad HR experience with leadership progression
Deep expertise in FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA
Retirement plan administration (401k/pension)
Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred)
