About the role

What you’ll do

• Support asset and wealth management clients in transforming operating models, technology, data, and investment operations
• Work on private markets and alternative products such as private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure
• Translate business and operational requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions
• Distill complex findings into actionable client insights
• Collaborate in fast-paced consulting environments
• Assess vendor solutions or service providers for fund accounting, data management, or performance measurement

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
• Five to seven years of progressive experience in asset management, alternative asset management, fund administration, wealth platforms, or financial services consulting
• Strong understanding of the asset and wealth management industry, including investment operations, product structures, and client segments
• Interest or experience in private markets and alternatives
• Familiarity with investment systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, Eagle, eFront, Investran, and Geneva
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and client service skills
