What you’ll do
Operate and evolve infrastructure for enterprise knowledge base platform
Develop production-grade backend and agent capabilities
Design and implement retrieval and ingestion systems
Ensure observability, reliability, and performance of AI workloads
Build CLI tools and automation for platform operations
What you’ll need
Strong hands-on Python experience in platform or infrastructure-heavy environments
Experience building CLI tools using Python, Golang, or Rust
Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, pgvector, and modern retrieval pipelines
Experience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM-backed systems
Strong experience with Docker, Helm, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes workflows
Experience with ingestion, ETL, or content-processing pipelines at scale
