What you’ll do
Design, build, and deploy Agentforce solutions
Develop Apex triggers, invocable methods, and async Apex
Implement advanced Flow Builder automations
Deploy AI agents in live production environments
Configure Omni-Channel routing, escalation flows, and handoffs
Implement Data Cloud for grounding and context ingestion
What you’ll need
5+ years of Salesforce technical experience
Production AI Agent experience from design to build
Hands-on Agentforce deployment experience
Service Cloud and Omni-Channel expertise
