About the role
Johnsonville seeks an IT Technical Services Engineer in Holton, KS to provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for office and manufacturing technology, while serving as the facility's IT contact.
What you’ll do
Provide responsive technical support for office, manufacturing, and site-based technology
Troubleshoot endpoints, printing, connectivity, and manufacturing-floor systems
Manage incidents and documentation
Serve as the onsite IT contact for the Holton facility
Collaborate with the broader Technical Services team
What you’ll need
Minimum of one year of professional information systems experience
Working knowledge of Windows, O365, MS Intune, Autopilot, iOS, macOS, cloud technologies, computer hardware, and software applications
Working knowledge of networking, wireless, Ethernet, VPN support, manufacturing label printing, and diagnostic utilities
Ability to analyze technical issues and troubleshoot effectively
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong documentation, communication, time management, and organization skills
