What you’ll need
Postgraduate degree with 15+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 18+ years in laboratory automation, scientific instrumentation, or platform engineering
5+ years leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing managers, including director-level leaders
Track record of standing up laboratory platforms at biotech, pharmaceutical, or life-science companies
Deep working knowledge of experimental science and engineering practice
Experience owning laboratory operations at scale, including reliability, service, and metrics
Experience transitioning manual workflows into automated production services with phased rollout and SLA definition
