What you’ll do
Lead global accounting and close processes across multiple entities
Oversee complex accounting operations and intercompany activities
Strengthen controllership, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks
Partner cross-functionally on scalable systems, controls, and reporting initiatives
Support IPO readiness, SOX readiness, and enhanced compliance efforts
Manage, mentor, and influence accounting team members and cross-functional initiatives
What you’ll need
12+ years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth, complex environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and internal control frameworks
Demonstrated experience leading complex close processes and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
Proven ability to drive process improvement, operational scalability, and systems optimization
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and experience with modern ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license
