What you’ll do
Own strategy and roadmap for Provider Rebate Management
Lead customer discovery sessions
Translate business needs into product requirements
Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and customer-facing teams
Identify opportunities to apply AI, LLMs, and agentic automation to rebate processing and data stewardship
What you’ll need
7+ years of progressive product management experience
Self-starter with a track record of owning complex products
Strong understanding of US Healthcare and Life Sciences systems, data, and operational workflows
Experience leading within Agile (Scrum) environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern product lifecycle management tools
