About the role
Outcome Logix is hiring a remote Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to configure and support safety management, employee training, certification, and compliance processes. This mid-level full-time role focuses on Oracle Workforce Health and Safety, Oracle Learning Cloud, Core HCM, reporting, implementation, and collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Configure, optimize, and support safety management, employee training, certification, and compliance processes
Manage incident management, investigations, corrective actions, and security
Support learning assignments, certifications, renewals, and compliance reporting
Perform requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and documentation
Implement Oracle HCM solutions in manufacturing or plant-based environments
Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders
What you’ll need
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Workforce Health and Safety Incidents, Oracle Learning Cloud, and Core HCM
Strong functional configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
Knowledge of EHS business processes
Experience with safety compliance, training certification, and audit-readiness reporting
Experience implementing Oracle HCM in manufacturing or plant-based environments
Strong communication skills
