About the role

What you’ll do

• Own patients' first experiences and grow patient base and engagement
• Lead onboarding, referrals, community, and trust and safety initiatives
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Design, and Commercial partners on data-driven experiments
• Define success metrics before features ship and measure outcomes
• Produce clear PRDs balancing engineering capacity with ambitious goals
• Conduct independent user research and translate into prioritized decisions

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of product management experience growing consumer products, ideally in health-tech
• Hands-on growth experience across acquisition, activation, or retention with examples of metrics moved
• Deep product analytics skills including funnel, cohort, and retention analysis; experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude
• Experience designing and running A/B tests, holdouts, and staged rollouts
• Experience with referral programs, onboarding flows, community building, or lifecycle messaging
• Clear PRDs, independent user research, web/mobile release cycle familiarity, and excellent collaboration; SQL, early-stage startup, trust and safety, and healthcare interoperability experience preferred
