About the role
Redapt is looking for a Technical Project Manager to own complex client-facing engagements across business units, manage project teams and budgets, and drive delivery from kickoff through value realization. The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, cloud/AWS experience, and SDLC methodology expertise.
What you’ll do
Own delivery of complex client-facing engagements from kickoff through value realization
Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, risks, and executive stakeholder relationships
Support process improvement and customer growth
Build and maintain relationships with business leaders
Lead and motivate internal and external project resources
Communicate complex technical concepts to audiences from engineering to executives
What you’ll need
5+ years of technical project or engagement management
Experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology programs for consulting firms
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall
Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS or related
Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jira, ADO, or Smartsheet
5+ years working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
