What you’ll do
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and production support for assigned systems
Serve as subject matter expert on business processes, information flow, and system roadmaps
Advise business leaders on process improvement and system optimization
Lead AI use-case discovery and assessment, including business value, feasibility, data readiness, security, privacy, and responsible AI
Apply Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Platform tools to improve BSA productivity and business processes
Define and manage scope, requirements change management, and traceability
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of relevant work experience
At least eight (8+) years of relevant experience
Experience with fast-paced AI projects, including building solutions leveraging Copilot or Claude
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform/Power Automate, or similar AI platforms
Advanced expertise in requirements elicitation via interviewing and workshop facilitation
Experience in healthcare administration or a healthcare environment preferred
