About the role

What you’ll do
Provide functional leadership and business analysis for UVMClick
Serve as liaison across research administration, compliance, users, technical resources, and the vendor
Manage system operations, enhancements, and reporting
Analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into solutions
Support continuous improvement of the research administration system
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field and three years of relevant experience
Experience supporting complex enterprise systems, databases, or business applications
Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into system or process solutions
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, customer-service, and project-coordination skills
Effective communication skills including explaining technical information to nontechnical audiences
Experience with reporting, data analysis, database management, and Microsoft Excel
