About the role
Mainstay seeks an Agent Operations Lead to own and manage institutional single-family rental customer portfolios end to end, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive day-to-day operating results in a remote, AI-forward startup environment.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
5+ years in real estate operations, portfolio/asset management, or account management for institutional or high-volume real estate customers
Demonstrated ownership of a portfolio outcome or the operating side of a customer relationship
Working knowledge of the full transaction lifecycle: pricing, listing, offers and negotiation, and contract to close
Experience launching a new customer, market, or program and getting it to steady state
Demonstrable AI workflows with at least one general-purpose LLM and judgment about when not to use AI
Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM/Salesforce, G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS
