What you’ll do
Create realistic, detailed workplace requests for AI training and evaluation

Ensure accuracy of figures, terminology, and document structure

What you’ll need
Native or native-level English and based in the United States
Real work or project experience in the US Real Estate and Rental and Leasing sector
Direct familiarity with documents, systems, and workflows used in real estate practice
Active or previously held real estate salesperson or broker license, with state stated
Experience across more than one property type or transaction type
Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or model evaluation
