About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead training for customer implementations and enterprise deployments
• Coordinate training readiness, change management, end-user competency, and third-party training resources
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and customer engagements simultaneously
• Deliver onsite and virtual instructor-led training programs
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and customer organizations
• Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives

What you’ll need

• Ability to travel 75% to customer sites
• Customer/vendor credentialing required (may include vaccinations)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of experience preferred
• Experience leading customer training, implementation, onboarding, or change management initiatives preferred
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills preferred
