Collaborate with global delivery teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in Product/Project Management or IT managed services
Strong understanding of ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, and governance models
Experience with global delivery teams and offshore/onshore models
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT environments
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps
