About the role

Experience generating written materials like SOPs and process documentation
Experience with LifePRO or similar policy administration platforms
Experience with workflow/case management platforms like LDS
Formal training or experience in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Bachelor's in computer science or closely related field
