About the role
NCR Voyix is seeking a Product Manager to oversee payment hardware lifecycle, certification, release, and operational readiness. The role coordinates multiple stakeholders to ensure payment devices are effectively evaluated, launched, deployed, and supported.
What you’ll do
Manage lifecycle, certification, release, and operational readiness of payment hardware solutions
Coordinate product, deployment, technology, operations, and vendor stakeholders
Ensure payment devices are evaluated, launched, deployed, supported, and managed effectively
Identify operational risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities
Support hardware lifecycle and end-of-life initiatives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Payments, FinTech, Operations, Deployment, or related field
Experience managing multi-stakeholder products, projects, or operational initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with external vendors, suppliers, or business partners
Knowledge of payment devices, certification processes, and PCI-related requirements
