About the role
Decagon is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to act as a technical advisor for enterprise customers, architecting generative AI experiences and building custom demos on their conversational AI platform. The role collaborates with Account Executives to ensure customers achieve strong ROI.
What you’ll do
Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions
Create and architect generative AI experiences for customers' end users
Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform
Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Ensure strong return on investment for customers
What you’ll need
4-6 years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering (pre-sales)
2+ years of AI sales engineering experience
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Functional understanding of GTM systems and workflows
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
