About the role
CACI seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to support U.S. Navy Reserve business systems through full-lifecycle development and deployment of web applications on cloud-hosted platforms. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and deep expertise in .NET, React, Node.js, and cloud/AI technologies.
What you’ll do
Support U.S. Navy Reserve business systems through full-lifecycle development and support
Design, build, and deploy web-based applications
Collaborate with managers, analysts, testers, and developers
Work across cloud-hosted platforms
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, IT, or Software Engineering, or equivalent certifications (CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC)
7+ years of experience with ASP.NET, React, Node.js, and relational databases
Active SECRET security clearance
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, JSX/Angular Templates, and T-SQL, with a strong understanding of software design patterns
Experience with AWS, Azure, or SaaS development, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Nexus, IIS, SQL Server, Windows Server), and tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jira, and Git
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Copilot, MCP), and AI/ML concepts (Generative AI, vector stores, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG); experience with Navy Reserve/DoD business systems and responsive web apps
