What you’ll do
Lead production operations and incident management
Improve observability and automation across platforms
Embed reliability practices across the software development lifecycle
Design and maintain production-grade systems and reliability tooling
Support high-availability distributed systems at scale
Automate troubleshooting and reduce manual intervention
What you’ll need
10+ years in software development and SRE with cloud-native and distributed systems
8+ years in DevOps/SRE focused on production operations, automation, and system reliability
8+ years with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring/telemetry platforms
5+ years leading reliability engineering practices such as SLOs, monitoring strategies, and incident reviews
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong programming and automation skills using Python or Java, including building scalable services and APIs
