About the role
The Manager of Clinical Talent Acquisition & Engagement will lead the Clinical Engagement function, developing strategies to strengthen clinician pipelines, generate qualified candidates, and improve hiring conversion across regions while overseeing team performance and KPIs.

What you’ll need
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience including formal people management
Experience building relationships with students, universities, academic programs, and key talent partners
Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into actionable engagement strategies
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Windows-based applications
