About the role

The hybrid New York role involves platform administration, scripting, integrations, and close collaboration with technology teams and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow platform across enterprise applications.
Support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, employee-facing tools, and AI capabilities.
Maintain platform performance, security, and stability.
Manage user access, roles, groups, permissions, monitoring, and release management.
Gather business requirements, document workflows, and coordinate project delivery with stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues and implement root-cause resolutions.
What you’ll need
Experience configuring, administering, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow in complex enterprise environments.
Strong experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), SecOps, Employee Center, and Workspaces.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration tools such as JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and workflow automation.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with internal and third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
Understanding of ITIL processes and Agile, Scrum, or DevOps delivery environments.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent; ServiceNow CSA certification preferred, with CAD/CIS/ITIL certifications a plus.
