Ability to learn and communicate CTA structure, policies, procedures, programs and services
Ability to initiate work, follow through on assignments, and handle complex projects with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changes in priorities
Proficient word processing with minimum 55 wpm and ability to create and manipulate relational databases
