About the role
Unrivaled Teamwear seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections, maintain customer records, and resolve billing disputes while supporting sales teams and preserving customer relationships.
What you’ll do
Manage collections and bring past-due accounts current
Maintain accurate customer account records
Resolve billing disputes, short pays, deductions, and unapplied credits
Support sales representatives on payment status, credit holds, and account issues
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and preserve customer relationships
Work aging report and prioritize accounts by balance, days past due, and collection risk
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years in accounts receivable, collections, or comparable credit/billing role
Working knowledge of ERP and AR systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and intermediate Excel skills
Hands-on experience with full-cycle AR: invoicing, cash application, reconciliation, and aging analysis
Experience researching and resolving billing disputes and unapplied credits
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
