WIN Technology seeks a Salesforce Administrator Intern to support platform administration, enhancement, and optimization, working with business users and experienced professionals on configuration, reporting, data quality, and Agile activities.
What you’ll do
Support Salesforce platform administration and configuration
Assist with requirements gathering and documentation
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Ensure data quality and perform data cleanup
Provide user support and training
Participate in Agile team activities
What you’ll need
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
Completed Salesforce coursework, Trailhead badges, Superbadges, or Salesforce certifications
Reside within 75 miles of Eau Claire, Wisconsin or willing to relocate before start date
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience using Salesforce through coursework, internships, capstone projects, or personal projects
Familiarity with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Flow, reports/dashboards, or Conga, FormAssembly, Gearset
