About the role
Sockerbit seeks a Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end commercialization of Swedish candy products across wholesale, DTC, and emerging channels, coordinating creative, operations, and suppliers. The role manages multiple concurrent product launches, packaging development, and launch processes in a founder-led, rapidly growing brand.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products
Coordinate creative, operations, suppliers, and partners to execute product launches
Manage shifting priorities, decision logs, and scope changes
Coordinate multiple concurrent launches with demanding stakeholders and tight timelines
Build and maintain trackers, project plans, approval logs, and documentation systems
Create repeatable stage-gate launch processes
What you’ll need
4–7+ years of hands-on project management in CPG product development, commercialization, packaging development, or new product introduction
Food, beverage, snacks, or confectionery experience strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational skills, ownership, attention to detail, and confidence managing decisions with senior creative stakeholders
Working understanding of packaging production, artwork approval workflows, supplier lead times, BOMs, co-packing, and operational launch dependencies
Experience launching products across wholesale, Shopify/DTC, Amazon, or TikTok Shop
Familiarity with Odoo, Shopify, Seller Central, TikTok, or comparable ERP and commerce platforms
