About the role
Samsara seeks a Senior Enterprise Implementation Consultant to guide enterprise customers through deploying and adopting its IoT platform, owning relationships during implementation and collaborating with internal teams. What you’ll do
Guide enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of IoT solutions
Own customer relationships during implementation
Help customers achieve value from the platform
Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product
Communicate technical products to executives and day-to-day users
Manage multiple priorities with high visibility and urgency
What you’ll need
6+ years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting
Experience supporting or working with technical products
Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementation experience
Proven ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
Enterprise SaaS experience and Fortune 500 account support preferred
