About the role
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build secure internal applications, AI-enabled workflows, and integrations while supporting the data platform and setting engineering standards. This is a fully remote, full-time role supporting the company's ABA therapy services.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain secure internal applications, services, and integrations
Develop AI-enabled workflows and applications
Support the data platform and data pipeline efforts
Set and uphold engineering standards
Design and build APIs, services, and web applications
Own software end to end from design through production support
What you’ll need
4+ years of professional software development building and shipping production applications
High proficiency in at least one modern programming language and strong software engineering fundamentals
Experience designing and building APIs, services, web applications, and CI/CD deployment workflows
Experience with a major cloud platform (Azure preferred) and solid SQL/relational database design
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and building applications on LLMs or agentic frameworks
Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, infrastructure-as-code, and regulated/healthcare environments with HIPAA or SOC 2 exposure
