About the role

What you’ll do

• Develop forecasting models
• Build business health scorecards
• Deliver actionable commercial insights
• Guide strategy and growth across therapeutic apheresis and cell and gene therapies
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams
• Support commercial operations and analytics for the GTI portfolio

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, analytics, or related fields
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, especially procedure-based adoption models
• Demonstrated skills in data modeling, forecasting, and visualization (Power BI, Salesforce, Excel)
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strategic thinking, communication, and influence across global cross-functional teams; familiarity with assumption-based forecasting and commercial dashboards/health scorecards
