About the role
HealthBridge Financial is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to own complex financial modeling, strengthen reporting and forecasting, and support budgeting and strategic decision-making across the business.
What you’ll do
Own complex financial modeling
Strengthen reporting and forecasting
Lead monthly post-close performance management
Support budgeting and strategic finance initiatives
Partner with department heads on monthly performance
Build scalable dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6-10+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, lending, banking, or specialty finance experience
Demonstrated experience building complex financial models from the ground up
Strong asset-backed lending model experience
Expert-level Excel and extensive Power Query experience
Strong Amazon QuickSight experience with scalable reporting and dashboards
