About the role

What you’ll do
Shape customer journeys across Microsoft.com
Translate product, audience, and business requirements into cohesive web experiences
Lead information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping
Validate designs using research, analytics, or adoption data
Contribute reusable patterns and documentation to the Microsoft Design System
Collaborate with partner teams across the organization
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years working in product or service design, or 4+ years with an advanced degree
Digital portfolio demonstrating design process, information architecture, systems thinking, and UX rationale
Hands-on experience building design system components, patterns, and tokens in Figma
Experience supporting a design system across multiple teams including governance
Experience designing end-to-end web journeys in complex information environments
