What you’ll need

Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to desktop computers and peripheral devices
Solid foundation in IT concepts including operating systems, networks, and basic security practices
Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to changing technical environments
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
