What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field; equivalent experience accepted
5+ years in product management, application engineering, product development, market development, or commercial product leadership
Experience with industrial combustion, ignition, flame detection, burner systems, process heating, or related technologies
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with OEMs, EPCs, channel partners, or industrial end users
Experience gathering customer requirements and conducting market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer activities
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
