About the role
The Cybersecurity Program Manager will support the CISO by driving the bank's cybersecurity governance, compliance, awareness, financial, and reporting initiatives, while leading maturity assessments and cyber risk quantification. This onsite Honolulu role requires deep experience in cybersecurity program management and executive-level communication.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business Management, or equivalent experience
Five years of cyber project management experience on complex cybersecurity projects
Five years of cybersecurity/IT reporting, oversight, program management, risk management, compliance, or governance experience
Experience managing enterprise-level programs, governance processes, or strategic initiatives
Experience developing executive-level reporting, metrics, dashboards, and presentations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools
