About the role
ElevenLabs seeks a Billing Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts, ensuring accuracy and process improvement across sales, finance, and engineering.
What you’ll do
Own billing lifecycle from provisioning to offboarding
Configure billing for closed-won deals and order forms
Resolve billing discrepancies and support financial close
Reconcile billing data to finance records
Improve billing processes and tooling
Run subscription audits to find ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers, and orphaned invoices
What you’ll need
2-5 years in billing operations, revenue operations, or finance operations
Hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms like Stripe Billing, Chargebee, Zuora, or Recurly
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies
Experience reading contracts and order forms
Comfortable with Salesforce or another CRM as source of truth
Experience with usage-based pricing, SQL, or BI tools for audits and reconciliation
