About the role
Origami Risk seeks an experienced AI Product Engineer to translate business and user needs into shippable product experiences using low/no-code and AI-assisted tools. This remote role partners with architecture, security, DevOps, QA, and stakeholders to deliver compliant, maintainable integrations and configurations.
What you’ll do
Translate business and user needs into shippable product experiences
Assemble integrations and configurations using low/no-code and AI-assisted tools
Partner with architecture, security, DevOps, QA, and stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and maintainability
Apply product sense and UX empathy to design user journeys and working UI
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years in product-adjacent, solution engineering, systems analysis, technical consulting, or platform configuration roles
Demonstrable systems thinking: services architecture, APIs, auth (OAuth/OIDC/SSO), data flows, and integration patterns
Hands-on experience with low/no-code, configuration, or AI-assisted coding tools
Working knowledge of security and privacy principles, including least privilege, data minimization, PII/PHI handling, and secrets management
Experience with API gateways, eventing, webhooks, ETL/ELT, accessibility (WCAG), and regulated environments
