STV is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead MEP infrastructure projects for healthcare capital programs, ensuring coordination from planning through closeout while meeting regulatory and patient-centered standards.
What you’ll do
Support planning and delivery of healthcare capital projects
Coordinate stakeholders including clients, user groups, design teams, contractors, and vendors
Manage project controls and scheduling from planning through closeout
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection prevention requirements
Work in active or occupied healthcare environments
Facilitate communication and documentation for project delivery
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5-8 years of experience in healthcare construction or capital improvement projects
Knowledge of MEP campus infrastructure
Experience with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and infection prevention
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with project management, scheduling, or project controls tools
