Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of commercial credit, accounts receivable, or collections experience
Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax, or related business systems
